I grew up in the Bay Area and currently live in Pleasanton, California, with my wife Lynn, where we raised our two daughters.
I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1980. In 1990 I became a mortgage banker. Since 1990 I have funded thousands of mortgages with a 100% approval record. Every client I have worked with to buy a home has had their loan approved.
There are dozens of loan options today and each loan has particular features and benefits. During your loan consultation, I will help you determine what loan program will best serve your personal long term and short term financial goals at the lowest overall cost. During our consultation, I will help analyze the tax savings benefits of home ownership and your monthly cash flow objectives. I specialize in residential loans, 1-4 units. Cherry Creek Mortgage is a direct FHA and VA lender. We originate the loan, we process the loan, we underwrite the loan, and we fund the loan. As a mortgage banker and mortgage broker, I have access to hundreds of sources nationwide to ensure you get the best possible loan. I offer a wide range of loan options, including fixed rate, adjustable, jumbo, second mortgages, Reverse Mortgages, VA, FHA, STRS, interest-only, super jumbo, special first-time buyer programs, zero point, and no cost refinances.
I want to make the process of obtaining your loan simple and stress free. You can apply over the phone, online, via fax, or we can meet face-to-face in my office or your home or office.
After your loan closes, I will monitor your loan and will advise you when it would make sense to refinance to a lower interest rate using our no-cost refinance program.

I started in mortgage lending in 1977 as a senior loan processor until obtaining my real estate license in 1986 and beginning a new career as a loan officer.
As a top loan originator I am a member of Cherry Creek's exclusive Masters Club. I enjoy working with my clients, especially first time homebuyers, and establishing long term relationships.
I have a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Cal-State Hayward, live in San Leandro with my daughter. I love playing the piano and singing and being active in my church.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from St Mary's College in Moraga California. I currently live in Pleasanton and have lived in the Tri-Valley area for the last 29-years, where I raised my four daughters.
I started in the loan business in 2001, completing mortgage loans, and financing construction projects. Ron Meissner

Ron entered the mortgage business as a loan officer in 1965. he helped found a mortgage banking firm in 1967 and rose through the ranks until he became President and CEO in 1981. Ron continued in that position until the firm joined forces with a community bank in the Spring of 2000.
In the Summer of 2000 Ron left the administrative duties of the bank to return to what he really enjoyed…helping individual clients with their financing needs. He joined Cherry Creek Mortgage Company because they were large enough to serve his clients, but small enough to care. They combine "high tech" with "high touch". That is, they offer the most current technology, but still firmly hold to the belief that long term relationships based on mutual trust will always be the foundation of any successful business.
Ron has lived in Castro Valley for over 38 years, where he and his wife (of 44 years!) raised their son and daughter. Always trying to blend his business activities with an active role in community affairs, Ron was a founding director of two community banks, past president of the local Chamber of Commerce, and former "Business Person of the Year in the Castro Valley community. He as always been a vigorous supporter of the public schools, was a long time member of the board of directors of the East Bay Cancer Support Group, and was formerly an active member of the board of directors of the Eden Medical Center Foundation.
Ron's overriding business philosophy is "If you take care of people, business takes care of itself". That philosophy has resulted in relationships that enable Ron to still enjoy the business after more than 45 years!
